Shipping & Returns Policy



On this page you will get information about shipping and our return policies. 

Man Kave operates from several warehouses and sometimes ship direct from the manufacturer. Parcels are generally shipped out between 1-7 days after you place your order. We ship from several warehouse's and direct from the manufacturer to ensure we keep costs down, pass on great savings to you and bring you the newest items quicker. Some products may come without retail packaging. Orders with multiple items will some times be shipped separately if the items come from different warehouses.

Where possible we always use a shipping method with a tracking service, you will be emailed the tracking number once the item has been shipped and will be able to track the item on our Tracking Page 5-10 days after you have been notified of the tracking number.



Shipping to/within the UK is charged at £2.89 standard and FREE for purchases over £30. Estimated delivery times vary depending on item and shipping location, but will normally arrive within 10-20 days on average, some items may take up to 20-40 days.

Some items may come from a warehouse outside of the UK & EU, these items may incur customs fee's/charges. These fee's would be the customers responsibility. If you are unsure or want to check before purchasing please contact us. 


Shipping to any other part of the world is £2.89 and FREE for purchases over £30. Estimated delivery times vary depending on item and shipping location, but will normally be between EU 10-25 days, some items may take up to 20-40 days. US deliveries are generally 17-40 days.

If you order from outside of the UK, you are responsible for paying any customs and duty fees if required.


 Covid19 Notice

Due to the current ongoing and renewed global situation, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.



Please allow at least 40 days and track your parcel before contacting us.




Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee any delivery times or that orders placed in December will be delivered in time for xmas. Please contact us first prior to placing your order to check on current availability and delivery times.

This is due to general increased demand/online ordering in peak season and delays caused in Europe by Covid-19 lockdowns.

 Brexit Update

Due to recent changes in UK law coming into place on January 1st some items may incur additional import duty .

We charge VAT at 20% during the checkout process for UK orders and this will continue as normal.

If you require a VAT receipt please contact us.




Once an item / order has been shipped we cannot cancel or refund your payment. Once the item has arrived and if you still with to return the item for a refund please contact us.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, personalised or printed (made) to order items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Items which are personalised, made or printed to order are excluded from our standard returns policy. Made to order items are custom made to your order and cannot be returned unless their is a fault with the product. Canvas prints are excluded from our standard returns policy unless there is a fault or error in the print - This are printed to your requirements ie size.


Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare case your item maybe faulty, we will initially go through some troubleshooting and amy request photos or video showing the damage or fault.

Any damaged items need to be reported to us within 48hours of delivery.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please email us and we will issue a RMA number and an address to return it too.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are excluded and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
